Owners Clubhouse

The Brickshire Owners' Clubhouse was completely renovated and updated in 2014. It includes a complete kitchen and serving area and furnishings that accommodate a variety of social functions. It is open to residents and property owners in good standing, and can be rented for private functions through the management office. Added in 2014 and located in the Activities Building, the fitness center includes numerous units of cardio and weight training equipment comprising both weight machines and free weights.

Tennis & Pickleball Courts

Conveniently located next to the Owners' Swimming Pool, the tennis courts are available to all residents. One of the courts also doubles as a Pickleball Court.

Owner's Pool

The Owner's Pool & Splash Pad is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day. Brickshire residents can access the pool with their white access cards that can be purchased for $20 from the office. Lifeguards are on duty during regular pool operating hours. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. Signed Pool Waiver Required.
