Pool Hours
Community Swim Hours:
- Monday-Thursday (May 26-August 20): 11:00am-8:00pm
- Fridays (May 29-August 21): 10:00am-8:30pm
- Saturdays (May 23-September 5): 10:00am-8:30pm
- Sundays (May 24-September 6), Labor Day Holiday, July 4th Holiday, & Memorial Day Holiday: 10:00am-8:00pm
- Monday-Friday (August 24-September 3): 4:00pm-8:00pm
- Friday, September 4: 10:00am-8:30pm
Morning Swim Hours UNATTENDED, NO LIFEGUARDS PRESENT:
- Monday-Thursday 6:00 am –10:00 am
- Friday-Sunday and Holidays (July 4th & Labor Day) 6:00 am – 9:00 am
*Members must have a separate acknowledgment/waiver on file to access*
*Use or attempted use of the pool outside of pool hours is trespassing*
Pool Passes
Your Brickshire access card will serve as your pool pass. At each visit during open pool hours, you will scan the access card at the gate and then sign in at the lifeguard pergola. If you do not have an access card, please complete the Access Card Order Form below and return it to the Association Office. Access cards are $20 each, with the first card provided at no charge for new residents. This fee can be paid by check or paid online at https://brickshirehoa.txdesign.com/residence-products/ If you already have an access card, you have already signed this waiver and do not need to resubmit this form.

Morning/Unsupervised Swim
If you wish to participate in Early Morning/Unsupervised Swim (swimming at your own risk with NO lifeguard nor pool attendant present), you must complete and return the Morning/Unsupervised Swim Acknowledgement & Waiver Form found below to the Association Office. This form can also be submitted via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This waiver must be completed and returned even if you have submitted a waiver in the past. No access card will be granted Morning Swim access without a new signed Morning Swim waiver on file each year.
Submit Access Card Order Forms and Morning/Unsupervised Swim Waivers Early: Processing new access cards and adding Morning Swim access can take a few days.
