The Brickshire Owners' Clubhouse was completely renovated and updated in 2014. It includes a complete kitchen and serving area and furnishings that accommodate a variety of social functions. It is open to residents and property owners in good standing, and can be rented for private functions through the management office. Tennis & Pickleball Courts

Conveniently located next to the Owners' Swimming Pool, the tennis courts are available to all residents. One of the courts also doubles as a Pickleball Court.

Owner's Pool

Owner's Pool

The Owner's Pool & Splash Pad is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day. Brickshire residents can access the pool with their white access cards that can be purchased for $20 from the office. Lifeguards are on duty during regular pool operating hours. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.  Signed Pool Waiver Required.
