Lot Improvement 

Are you thinking of improving your home or lot?  Before breaking ground on your new project, please complete and submit an ARB Improvement Application. The form lists the costs for review based upon the item you are improving and the required documentation for review.

Once completed, please email your form to the office or drop by in our dropbox located outside the office door. Homeowner applications for improvement projects must be received by noon on Monday of the week BEFORE a scheduled meeting.

The ARB meets twice monthly on the first and third Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. in the Owners Club.  Submittals are due in the Association office by noon on Monday the week BEFORE a scheduled meeting. Please visit ARB Committee page for more information. 

If your lot is undeveloped and you are getting ready to submit your plans for review or if you are a builder, please click this link for New Construction Information.  The deadline for builders to submit plans for review is noon on Monday ONE WEEK before a scheduled meeting. 

Clubhouse Rental

To reserve the Owner's Clubhouse for a private function, please first check availibility of your date with the Events Calendar. After you have confirmed your date is available, please print and complete the Owner's Club Reservation Form. Please submit the completed form with the security deposit to the management office. Please also review the Brickshire Fee Schedule for more information regarding the rental fees as fees have changed. The rental fee is due no later than one (1) weeks prior to your private event.

Member Feedback

Please use the Member Feedback form to provide us with your comments, questions, and concerns.  The document is a fillable PDF, allowing it to be filled out and emailed to the Association Manager who will distribute it to the appropriate committee or the Board for review and response.  We appreciate Brickshire members taking the time to let us know the things we are doing well, and the things that we can do better!
